I couldn't be more disappointed. I dropped off my wedding ring to be repaired and was told by the owner it would be ready in 10 days . I didn't get any call saying it was ready, but decided maybe they don't call to remind you when it's ready. It had been 15 days.. When I got there, the young man who came to greet me, informed me he was just working on my ring. I was quite upset to learn it was not only "not ready", but a very young man (he appeared and acted about 18-20 years old) was responsible for repairing the prongs that hold my beautiful diamond in place. When I relayed my disappointment that it wasn't finished his response was "we are very busy", and, "you can take it someplace else "! The owner who had verbally given me the date to pick it up could hear the conversation and would not even come to talk with me or look at me from his little room just feet from where I stood! I am floored at the lack of professionalism by not only the young man, but the owner who didn't have the courtesy to approach me to apologize. I may be wrong about whether he was the owner ,but the rest of my comments are spot on. I will never recommend anyone to...

I had work needd done on a piece of Jewelry, and dropped it off to hav work done, a year later, an inquiring on when it mayb done, not only was I never notified of any progress, I learned they'd relocated without evr letting me know when, where or why the work nvr had been done. I picked my item up and nvr got anythg fixed or as it is, i'm a lil nervous leaving my Jewelry to be "lost in the move/ relocation". I had 100% confident with the owner's as well as the work i've seen them do, but after they moved n nvr notified me of what n wher they went to, I cn't in clear conscience say I'd recommend this jewelry store. p.s.s. I have also purchased a few other pieces from there as well and am still satisfied with what I have invested in/on, I just dn't think in good conscious i can recommend them after all...

One star because I can't leave a review with a negative star! Steer clear of this jeweler!! I have never had such a bad experience! The sales woman is beyond rude, the repair person is incompetent. Still waiting on a ring sizing six weeks later because they ruined my ring twice! This used to be a respected jeweler in Saginaw, I received my first piece of real jewelry that my parents bought me 40 years ago. I still wear the ring. I wouldn't revisit this jeweler if they were the last one in the state! In the future I will drive over 1 hour...
