I can't understand for the life of me, why anyone would give this place negative reviews!

My daughters were always wanting their hair braided, so I decided to learn. Everytime I've been here, I've received amazing customer service!.. to where it makes me keep coming back.

I walked in not knowing a thing, just the basics that good ol You Tube taught me .. They were extremely helpful with helping me pick out what I needed, to start practicing with and gave me a few options that I could do that would make the process easier.

In my opinion (take it or not) This place gives a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with people that are friendly and engaging. Tons of different options, and cute little extras all around the front of the shop. Like cute little fake nose rings, that My teen daughters love. Most importantly my daughters enjoy coming here, and feel comfortable asking questions about different products. So that's really what did it for me.

I’m disappointed with this stores selection. I’ve been here a few times since they’ve opened. Since my first visit they didn’t have most of the items that are essential in black women's hair care from natural hair, wigs, weave, braids and relaxed hair. Sad to say I haven’t seen much improvement. In fact I believe they have gotten worse. I always end up having to go to different beauty supply stores in the surrounding area to get what I need. I understand you can ask for what you want to see in the store and they will order it for you, but I don’t want to have to request all the items I need/want every time I go to a beauty supply store. It defeats the whole purpose of a beauty supply store.

Also the younger lady is always watching TV on full blast and will not greet you. The older lady is very nice and helpful, but not much help can be provided because the answer is that they “don’t have it and will have to order it”.

I went in asking for human hair extensions she sold me 2 packs of fake fiberd extensions told me they were 100%real human hair got home and realized they were human hair touch retarted fiber mot even human at all i tried to get a refund she would not and because I opened the package which i had to to see she wouldn’t even exchange them she claimed to have warned me and said they were half human half fiber which they arnt human at all then took a picture as if i did something wrong plus she was very unfriendly and unprofessional with her child on her hip i would not go here if you are any other color skinned because she was rude to me im white and very kind and friendly to the person behind me who was colored im all for black businesses i support many but this one is not a good place to go to because i spent over 100 and was lied to treated poorly then faulted would not come here unless you want fake quality cheap not realistic hair will be getting a lawyer for being lied to and...
