I would give this place 1 thousand stars if I had that option. Paleteria Flores is absolutely amazing! Everything I have tried is DELICIOUS — from their creamy ice cream (Gansito is my favorite) to their refreshing raspas (and glorias... you HAVE to try those), every bite tastes like a little piece of Mexico. But the real star has to be their ELOTE — hands down the BEST IN TOWN! I like mine creamy and since the first time I told them they have put extra mayo for me. Their aguas frescas are AMAZING, my kids love the strawberry flavor, but if you don't have a sweet tooth and want something refreshing you HAVE TO TRY THE MANGONADA!!!! AMAZING!!

The staff is always so friendly and kind, making you feel right at home the moment you walk in (one of the reasons why we are regulars). You can really tell they put love into everything they make.
