Called and spoke to Jack. Told him that the freezer in my garage fridge wasnt working and i needed to have someone come out to take a look. He asked if I had bought it from them, i said no, he then asked if i had ever bought anything from them, i replied yes a dishwasher, he then asked when, i told him last year or the year before i couldnt remember. He said he could only work on things bought from them at this time. I laughed and said, ok, so you cant send someone out?
