Hi Solar 340 & Eco Innovations, I’ve been trying to reach you for several days regarding an urgent issue — my power has been out for 4 days since your team left. I know exactly when the power went out because my security cameras went offline, and the last image captured was of your crew on-site. I also left a detailed message about this on your voicemail in addition to written correspondence by email.

I’m concerned because I’ll be out of town for the next two weeks, and without power, I risk mold developing or food spoiling and causing odors in the house.

Please contact Lee as soon as possible (Gary most definitely has the number) so we can get this resolved. I am a DIY’er. I visited this business and was pleasantly pleased to see a warehouse full of products to do a complete DIY project, from solar panels (multiple wattages) rails & hardware; inverters; sealed solar batteries from 100amp-300amp (lithium as well) MC-4 connectors; fuses; breakers & 10 gage outdoor rated PV wire: I found Gary to be very knowledgeable and supportive for my DIY project. His prices also are very reasonable. It was nice to find a Homedepot style warehouse for solar parts. I’ve visited several other solar companies on island and found the largest to be complacent and arrogant. Not willing to sell parts, “they” wanting to do my work and way over priced. They not only installed a new inverter but rewired all of my panels to reach peak performance.
