I bought some Weapon Shield Solvent from Watt's online. I received my order and unfortunately I was sent oil. I called and they sent me the correct item no questions asked. It unfortunately arrived leaking and just about empty. I called and Jon in parts sent out the solvent the same day. We all make mistakes and these people owned up to it and took great care of me!!
