I have been to this store twice now. Both visits were perfect. I was greeted upon entry and helped immediately. I needed a new battery for my watch, which the lady did very quickly. As I waited I looked at all the beautiful jewelry and found a sports watch & it was 50% off! This was perfect because I teach classes at a gym and needed one w/ a stop watch feature. About two weeks later I realized the new battery was not working. I went back and was once again greeted and helped immediately. I told her that I had a new battery put in and she remembered. She took my watch and found that a pin was loose which she tightened at no cost. She also cleaned my rings and made them look sparkly and new at no cost. This Jewelry store is a true GEM right in the heart of Salem NJ I had a bracelet that was in needed repairing. Not only did they do an incredible job in the repair, but the goldsmith cleaned the item so beautifully it truly looks brand new! And at a price that I thought was more than reasonable. I was so please with not only the service but with the polite manner of both the owner and employees that I have them repairing a vintage watch. They also had a replacement band ( IN STOCK) for this watch which was had to believe given the age of the watch, but they have been there for over 50 years! I acquired an antique silver ring with a green center stone which I couldn't tell what it was. I brought it to Parker Jewelers and they were unsure as well. They brought it to their gemologist in Philadelphia and much to my surprise it was a green onyx.
