Bravo Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Salem

My guy is born and raised in Salem, I drove from Philadelphia we were both starving and he suggested we order from here. Unfortunately my first experience may be our last. In their defense we did order late (after 9p), but should the time we order compromise quality? Fried shrimp & fries - shrimp were okay, even though I don't believe there were 21 in the order. Fries were awful - either the grease was old or the fries had been sitting for some time. We had ordered a cheesesteak (no place on the menu to specifically order a chicken cheesesteak except in the comments), entered CHICKEN (in capital letters) in the comments and received steak. I went in store and ordered takeout 2 small cheese steaks with mayo, an order of supreme fries, an order of meat lovers fries and a small American hoagie with a little oil. Nothing about my order was right. The cheese steaks had no mayo but we're overly loaded down with salt and pepper which I didn't ask for. The hoagie had way too much oil. The supreme fries are supposed to have chicken bacon cheddar cheese and mozzarella but had no cheddar cheese. And both orders of fries were burnt. And I was there for 30 minutes waiting for my food and they only had one pickup come in while I was there. There were no other customers and no deliveries went out. We ordered 2 cheesesteak subs along with a lot of other things. The menu clearly stated that a cheesesteak sub comes with lettuce tomato and onion. When the food came, the subs only had meat, cheese, and raw onion. The receipt said cheesesteak sub add mayo and onion. When we called the store to let them know and to request new subs be made, the foreign owner or manager told us it was our fault and everything needs to be communicated what you want on it.
