Salem Bowling Center — Local services in Salem

The only reason I go here is for my children to waste money on their games( about 1/4 of them take your coins and staff is slow and angry to refund) ...the family that owns it should not be in customer service. They are overpriced, rude to children as well as adults and lazy from my observation on several visits. There is a little girl that's maybe the grandchild or child of owners I have seen many times hustling around doing crowd control and marketing much better than her examples... Salem is lacking in places for our youth to go and affordably spend wholesome time together socializing. Your establishment should do a better job. Your patrons literally pay your way . Your employees should at least smile and pretend to be interested in providing a welcoming environment...and what's up with the robot? The night manager was nice he did his job and was very helpful. Guy with long hair. But the dark headed girl I think Nova is her name, was very rude and disrespectful I asked what all came on the team fries and she said cheese and ranch and bacon bits and I said ok well I'll take them and they come out with no bacon bits or ranch she said well you didn't ask for it all. But was just told it comes on it so I paid $14 for chessy fries because she didn't want to do the extra work to fix it. Service was awful. We had a birthday party there the guy was extremely rude the whole time. First off he yelled at my kid telling him he throws that ball again he’s gonna take it like hello idiot why don’t you take it from me and see what happens! Second after the party we went to pay and took 45 mins to pay our bill he kept saying he has to finish this order then he would disappear.
