   Read moreIt's great to have a grocery store in this small town but the vegetables and fruit are almost always rotten. Bags of salad are often half rotten with liquid in the bottom. Apples, squash, oranges, etc are wrinkled and dried out if they aren't squishy and moldy. It's sad that Salem doesn't have better fresh food options and it's a disservice to the people of the community to have to drive 20+ miles to get to another store with food that isn't rotting.
