Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Salem

Service was quick, maybe too quick. We ordered a #10 grilled, no tomato, onion rings & cherry limeade. We also ordered a #9 but were told they did not have any chicken slingers. No problem, we changed the #9 to a corn dog and cheese sticks. Our server rattled off our order so quickly we didn’t even understand what she was saying. I told my husband to check the bag to see that everything was right. It wasn’t. Chicken was fried, not grilled, we were never offered ketchup, mustard, etc. Buzzed in, manager type person came out and we explained what was wrong. We needed a grilled chicken sandwich WITHOUT tomato, mustard for the corndog, ketchup for the onion rings and ranch for the cheese sticks. I just have to say, I have eaten Sonic Breakfast Burritoes in Texas and Oklahoma as well as Arkansas in various cities since they were first introduced and they were are pretty good, but I had one at the Salem, AR location while delivering something to Salem that was OUTSTANDING!!! And I do not use that word lightly – There was enough bacon on it and it was CRISP bacon, which set it apart – Whoever made that burrito should be instructing all the other locations!!! Nice but slow most of the time, they are nice but also there have been times that they have been rude to me and sometimes they literally take up to 45 minutes for a drink and a corn dog. On the other side the corn dog here is the best in town the chili dogs are good but alot of time they are VERY salty so I honestly wouldn't recommend it the ocean water is AMAZING very good would recommend it tater tots were very good normally the the car hops...
