Wilson and Wilson did a phenomenal job on my mother’s headstone down to the last detail of my last desire. The interpersonal skillset of their staff is amazing and the ability to work with them over the phone opposed to in person during this most trying time was most appreciated. My mother’s third anniversary is upon us and I would love to give five stars which they deserve. Moreover, an employee with this established has demonstrated ill timing to add an advertising placard to the back of my mother’s beautifully designed tombstone. Normally, this would not be an unacceptable act, however, we together (the staff and I) designed the headstone to incorporate both sides. A beautiful memorial on the front and a dear message shared in my mother’s last days with her great nephew. Had I been asked to do something like this, I would have considered. I dunno if it was because it’s Friday, an hour or so til closing time; but the lady giving info and pricing of monuments; was rude, disrespectful, abrasive! Nice monuments; but I choose to hand my money to someone who is not rolling their eyes up every time my mother asked a question, someone shouting, and talking loudly and complaining to the other office person about her customer asking questions, because she simply doesn’t want to be bothered! A simple course of how to respectfully treat your customers is definitely in need! Would not recommend to anyone! Keep in mind your customers have just lost...

Having terminal cancel, it was an experience picking out my own headstone. Angie was so kind and helpful. She turned an otherwise stressful situation into something so easy and pain free. She even offered ways to personalize the headstone to reflect my hobbies and interest. I made a partial payment before I left, however, when I got home I called her back and paid the price in full.
