My daughter always shops here weekly, she was so excited about us visiting this farmers market with her but sadly to say she will no longer be purchasing anything from here anymore. The backdoor was open and my grandkids saw a play ground the barely stepped out of the door and the owner was literally screaming I had no idea what she was saying. My 13 year old grand daughter loves cantaloupe we purchased one because the owner come over touched her on the shoulder told her not to get anymore. We were going to by a couple we are visiting here for a week. If you own your on business this is NOT the way to treat customers. If the kids were running and causing havoc it would be different but they were excited to see a farmers market we do not have these in the area we live.... maybe she didnt like Spanish people or were my license said were we from but it was emabarrasing ...... sadly to say you lost a weekly customer and hurt some kids feelings and embarrassed your on teenage employees that were checking us out. So I give you a 5 for RUDENESS...
Read moreSuper annoyed with my visit today. Literally went there to buy ears of corn for our family bbq. It’s the 4th of July and not only does everyone have marked up ears of corn but this place was higher than everywhere else but I decided to buy from them so I wasn’t running all over the place and to super local. While in here looking at the corn a rude lady came over, I’m assuming an employee and or the owner and was rude about having the cooler door open (letting the cold air out) as I was selecting my ears of corn! I’m sorry but I wasn’t at the cooler more than 5 mins and when I’m spending $1.25 per ear of corn and there is no one else at the market other than me then i expect to be able to have 5 mins to select my ears, especially when I’m spending $6 for a small watermelon and $1.25 per ear of corn just to support your local business! I was just very put off by the experience and it made me want to put everything back and...
Read moreI was visiting two of my best friends who live in the area, and they told me before I left that I needed to stop by this gem. It did not disappoint! From the crazy number of locally made products from small businesses to the fresh produce, the adorable animals, and the awesome corn maze- I was in hog heaven. I got there when they were just about to close and was really apologetic to the owners who were actually behind the register. They were SO kind and gracious after I told them I had never been- one of them even personally showed me around! Earl is the cutest pig I've ever seen, and the dahlias in the garden were stunning (see pictures). I know they plan to do even more in 2025- so I will definitely be back for another visit. This time, I'm bringing the kids! If you're in the area, do not miss out on a visit, and tell the chickens...
