I brought my Samsung Galaxy S7 in for a battery replacement about a year ago. Immediately I noticed that my speaker wasn't working. I brought it back in and they fixed the issue, which I appreciated. The battery replacement was a failure though, because the new battery did not hold a charge for more than a few hours. I took this as a loss and gave the phone to my son. Well, a few months ago the phone completely stopped functioning. We couldn't turn it on even when it was plugged in so I set it aside.
This morning I took the Otter Box case off to retrieve the SD card and saw that the glue on the back of the phone had completely failed and the back panel had separated from the phone, which I believe caused it to stop working. At least the phone was useable before I brought it to this place, and now it's just trash. I recommend you just spend the money to get your battery replaced by the...
Read moreSent of my sales representatives here to fix his company iPad, which the screen was cracked.. iPad was still working properly prior to bringing the iPad in for repairs. Long story short, when getting his iPad back... it went completely black, which is was not doing prior to repairs. As my rep was explaining to him this, the gentleman get rude to him saying it was his fault. my rep did something wrong, not the person who fixed it. my questions is, HOW?!?! HOW is it his fault when it was NOT like that prior to him coming to you for services??? As a huge company, we've given you a lot of business. Today, you lost it. We come to you for all repairs, we will not anymore. $400 is what we paid for a "repair" to end up losing the whole iPad due to being in worst condition than it was when we brought it. ON TOP OF THAT- was very rude, distrustful and yelling at my rep. Please...
Read moreEdit: if you need to use a stylus, make sure to talk to him about using OEM replacement parts. I called because the initial replacement wasn't playing nice with it and he was happy to order the replacement part and take care of it for me for $75+tax(the difference of the OEM and aftermarket parts). That was beyond reasonable and I'm VERY pleased with my phone!
Original review: The gentleman who runs this shop is a lovely man, and replaced my Galaxy Note 10+'s screen and battery 30 minutes faster than he estimated. The cost was also very reasonable, especially compared to replacing a perfectly functional phone. As someone who hates the hassle of struggling with Verizon when getting a new phone and to top it off, dealing a month or two with getting used to a new phone and all its quirks, it means I can enjoy this little buddy of mine for hopefully...
