This floral boutique went over and above for me! I ordered flowers to be delivered mistakenly thinking it was Salisbury, NC. I received a call this morning from a very lovely woman who kindly told me I messed up, but then proceeded to tell me she would still handle this delivery for me. She took her time and energy and arranged for a florist over 400 miles away to deliver a similar bouquet for me, and that I didn’t need to take any other action. Honestly, I will probably never get the privilege to use this flower boutique again since I live so far, but I HIGHLY recommend them due to their kindness they gave me. She easily could have canceled the order and wished me good luck, but she chose to be so kind, and in these times I feel that is SO important. I've used the online flower delivery services, not naming names, for many years to ship flowers to my wife or mother on special occasions. This year, I decided to go local and so glad I did. I found a relevant product from Sonya's that I knew my wife would love, chose that and the checkout process was straightforward. Best part of Sonya's is the customer service. I literally put in the wrong address for my wife's work. They called me to verify the address, literally realized my mistake in real time and they STILL delivered it to the right location after my mess up. Tomorrow is the 3rd Anniversary of my mother's passing. I could not find the Perfect arrangement. I took a photo to Sonys's today and showed them the style. A very lovely woman showed me some different flowers that they could use that was close to the colors in the picture. I asked them to work their magic, as they had for me in the past.
