Had a snapped leaf spring on our travel trailer traveling through. Call them up they first told me they could walk me through fixing it but as soon as they realized I had no idea what I was doing they helped me get it to them and then did the work. They were able to replace all four leaf springs which were also about to go within 2 hours of me getting there and get us back on the road the same day. These guys are fantastic. A while back, I brought a knuckle in from an old K10 to have the ball joints pressed out and in. We ran into a few issues with the ball joints being installed opposite (bottom on top, vise versa) and then having issues with the upper ball joint loosening during instalation of the knuckle, but they went above and beyond fixing any issues. They proved their integrity, which is why I didn't hesitate to bring in the other knuckle when I had the time. Everyone here is very friendly and professional. I dropped my tractor and trailer off for alignment. Everything is straight as an arrow down the road. Also my son had tubes put in that morning. I mentioned I had to go to hospital and I may not be there right away for pickup. They took care of everything and they were very kind and thoughtful to leave a little gift bag for my son on my seat.
