Honestly, I’m not impressed by this orthodontist, or lack of one. Both times that I have gone, I am paying a hefty price, thinking an orthodontist will be doing the work, when In fact it’s a dental assistant. This is very disappointing because each time, the dental assistant was unsure of how to do something or didn’t do something correctly and I just wish that the orthodontist would do what I’m paying for because now it’s costing me more money out of pocket because a simple permanent retainer repair has now turned into me having to go to a different orthodontist and spend more money just to have it properly repaired. Honestly, maybe I’m just too spoiled with my Houston orthodontistry , where I pay for orthodontist work and an actual certified orthodontist does my work. Our family has had the pleasure of being patients of Dr. Noble and Dr. McClintock over the past several years and these gentlemen and their staff always go above and beyond to make sure that you’re comfortable, treated well, taken care of, and most importantly that your smile is amazing. I did Invisalign and couldn’t be happier with the results. Two of my children have done traditional braces and one of them has only completed phase one, of his treatment, and to anyone not in the Ortho profession probably wouldn’t be able to tell. The place is absolutely beautiful and the people who are doing the actual dental work are amazing. The only downfall is the condescending woman that works at the front desk. In front of other people is not the appropriate time or place to have financial discussions. Nor is it very good customer service to belittle or talk down to anyone.
