Fischer's Neighborhood Market #33 — Local services in San Antonio

I usually have a good experience here. But the manager her name is Tina i just spoke with this morning was extremly rude and even went as far as calling me a liar about the person whom i described was there. The guy who was my cashier his name is Ceaser. So lets start from the beginning, I went to put 25.00 in gas on pump 9 instead the guy puts it on another pump. I have a plasma card you are unable to put money BACK on the cars. The guy was like see if it adds up and see if the money will be back on the card. Im upset because i didnt get the gas I payed for. I explained to him how it works and speaking with him he made me feel like i was not telling the truth I checked my card this morning and like i alreasy knew the money isnt back on. The same guy did it to a11+nother customer put his money on another pump while he used my money to fillup his car. Granted they transfered his 15 to my pump why couldnt they do it for thr rest? Now, when I called the manager was like no one left her a note and she has to find out what happened. I described a lady with blond hair that was there I didn't catch her name . Between the guy and her I felt upset and felt like i am being a liar. I WILL NO LONGER USE THIS OR RECOMMEND THIS GASTATION. The manager is unprofessional not my fault the staff isn't using or following protocol when it comes to this siutation. The manager told me that no one left her a note about this siutation. I was told to call corporate. I am very upset. I have proof i didnt get money back and cannot wait to show them. If i could give a zero i would. For anyone with a plasma card they know we cannot get money back on the card. And it says on the receipt credit returned. So she said she wont do anything i need to call the plasma card. Well NEVER EVER GO TO THIS GAS STATION!!!!! THEY PUT YOUR MONEY ON THE WRONG PUMP AND SCREW YOU IN THE END. TINA LEARN TO BE MORE...

I went to this location on 12/27/15. There was a guy outside the store talking to this other guy, don't really know if he was asking for anything. So that guy eventually got in his car n was backing up to take off n here comes a store employee telling him to leave or she's gonna call the police. That's all fine n dandy, she's doing her job but the man was leaving so why go outside n instigate a situation. She went outside in an aggressive manor. So her n the man get into a verbal confrontation. Very unprofessional as an employee. On top of that she put herself n other customers in danger. You just never know with people these days with all the violence going on. What if that man would of had a weapon on him? U just never know. Her as an employee should of been trained better when it comes to those types of situations. Me, myself will not be going back to that location. I was parked closed by n honestly felt she put everyone there in danger because of the way she handled the situation. On top of that the employees are...

If I could put 0 I would. I didn't get the girl's name but it was almost 10pm on 8/10/2022 , she had glasses and blondish hair. There were 2 girls in front of me and we were all standing there for about 5 whole minutes before she looked up from her phone and saw she had a line of maybe 4 or 5 people. She looked at the 2 girls and said with a nasty attitude, "I can get you on this side". She sounded irritated that we were on the opposite side (which also had an open register). She was rude and very disrespectful. I used to work for Fischer's #13 and if any of us were got on our phone's or had an attitude like that with a customer it was a write up. Not to mention her rudeness and lack of attention of her store and the 2 guys I saw walk out with 24oz beers lol. That store needs my old manager to run it and check them employees.
