I enjoyed meeting Dylan and his mom Sandra. I live by Bandera and 4 10, I called them to ask a few questions and Dylan answered, great attitude and you can just tell his passion and love that he has for his profession. So I went all the way to their store, and once I arrived at the jewelry store, his mom opened the door, I asked for Dylan. He was with another customer, He finished with him and he came to me and introduced himself. He has a lot of knowledge, Dylan's Dad has been a great teacher and mentor to him. He fixed one of my gold crosses, while he was fixing it, I was looking at all their wonderful jewelry that they specifically make, there was gold, silver jewelry, and a lot of it with diamonds. At that moment I had the pleasure of meeting his mom Sandra. The place is clean, really organized, and very professional. I'm gonna do more business with them. I've been to other jewelry stores and had bad experiences, those other places all they want to do is take advantage, they overcharge you, and they don't care if they lose you as their customer. Keep up the great work! Update: Went back to get a Cuban Chain made, they did a great job! They did the Chain exactly the way I wanted it. The weight, length and the width. They truly earned my trust and respect. Everyone loved my chain at work and a lot of the coworkers said they will be doing some projects with Hi- Tone jewelry. I’ve never had jewelry I cared about. But I came into possession of my grandmothers, grandmothers Black Hills Gold ring. I’ve worn it everyday for the most part of five years. The ring has so much sentimental value as my grandmother had mentioned that she begged for years to her grandmother to get that ring. She got it once her grandmother had passed and made sure I got mine before she passed. Well, she’s no longer here on this planet and it snapped. I lost it. Inconsolable for hours and very uncomfortable for days till I came across this jewelry store.

This place popped up on my search bar after calling so many places and not feeling comfortable enough for them to handle this ring.

From the moment they answered my call, I was positive this was gonna be the place to fix my ring.

When I came in to get a quote, they were so sweet and calming. I was super nervous because I’ve never had a ring fixed and I was worried I would be overcharged or was worried they’d remove gold and not replace it. That was totally not the case. I genuinely thought they had undercharged me and they ensured me they’d add the gold needed to be removed back into the rings band. I dropped it off yesterday 6/21/24 at noon and got it back today 6/22/24 at noon. They work so fast and their jewelry they have for sale is insanely beautiful. I’m recommending this place to everyone.

I took my sterling silver diamond tennis necklace to be repaired after I broke it being careless. I've lived in San Antonio for 13 years and I've just discovered the greatest jewelry repair shop and team... I've ever encountered in my almost 47 years on this great planet. I dropped it off Saturday afternoon and it was ready for pickup about 90 minutes later. The young men (who are also siblings) who run the shop are excellent examples of diligence, pride, and high quality work. They were very personable and professional.
