1.18.2022 update: Well, I had to throw my purse away. After wiping it down several times and spraying inside and out with febreeze and letting it hang outside for over a week, the greasy smell would not go away. Crazy. I sure hope for their employees' sake they get a good exhaust system in their kitchen.

I appreciate the response from the owner. Perhaps they should invest in a good kitchen exhaust system and change filters often. I was only there for 4 hours. I can't imagine the respiratory effects on staff. I sincerely would frequent this place if the air quality were significantly improved.

Quaint place, nice staff and reasonably priced drinks. The intense level of grease and smoke had me coughing and my eyes burning within 5 minutes of arrival. If I hadn't been there with friends to see the band, I would've sat outside. I had to febreeze my purse and hang it outside. I washed and dried my shoes and they still smell like greasy smokey nastiness. I've showered and rinsed my sinuses out and can still smell the greasy smoke. It's ashame because it's a cool spot that's only 3 miles...

1went to this cool little place to meet friends and clients some of whom were the musical act for the evening . They could not perform for some reasin or another no problem we all gathered and had fun. When my wife and I first arrived she had one cocktail and I had a few Mich Ultras and our bartender lady was busy in the back I guess and we flagged the guy down to order food and a coke for my wife and he scooped in and said he was cutting me off in a very aggressive manor. I am 56 years old and only drink once a week and have never been treated like that. After our friends arrived I flagged him over and told him thanks for caring about us but we are not aggressive drunks and we talked and I had a couple more and my wife had a coke or two all good just easy on the approach young man. Been here about a dozen times and service has always been fair and accommodating... Today was far from though. As soon as I walk in bartender was playing pool which didn't have problem with because he immediately hopped behind the bar and proceeded to give service. However I order some food later on in the evening food which was dropped, so I only received half of my order of chicken wings, bartender admitted he had dropped half of the order I don't know how you save half of your chicken wings and other half... I didn't ask I get the other chicken wings have 5 chicken wings total for $7 not horrible but I've been here before and knew that's not what we have normally been given for the price then I try to just civilly discuss this situation I was like okay fine then I walk back outside to rejoin my friends and as I'm walking back outside I can clearly hear bartender talking smack as...
