St. Brigid Catholic Church — Local services in San Antonio

Gorgeous church, but felt Like I was being judge. I came for a funeral (for church I usually go to another Catholic Church.) I realize I don't look a "traditional" person ( I've got pink hair) but I love going to church. I went up to receive the body of Christ and I didn't eat it fast enough I guess and one of the fathers grabbed my shoulder and yanked me and very aggressivly said eat it. I'm sorry but in no way is it ever apporiate to grab a women or anybody honestly that way! He could have politely tapped me if I didn't eat it fast enough but to grab me? I was visiting, but very sad to see that the EMHC when distributing the body of our Lord, with the same hand they are touching our Lord's body make the sign of the cross to the kids and people who can not participate of the Holly communion, SAD to see that they do not realized that our Lord is in the tiniest particle and when they do that a particle could fall or get smear.
