This is an amazing place to pickup from. Arrived at 8:30am for a 4pm appointment and was put on a door right away. Was told I needed 5 load locks but I only had 2 so they said to drop the trailer in the dock so they could load it while I went to the Pilot a mile away. Got to the Pilot and while waiting in line, one of the workers from the warehouse had driven to the Pilot to find me and tell me I didn't actually need 5. The two I had were fine.
