Starbucks — Restaurant in San Diego

It’s funny that every time I come to this starbucks I get my order wrong. Either they forget to add a syrup, the extra Espresso shot or non-dairy milk. They close early because they are not busy at all, so why can’t they get the orders right? I ordered 4 items today and they ringed me up for 3. I asked for my partner discount when they opened the window and they ignored me. they simply did not do it right on the register and charged me full price, saying I should tell them before they scan, which I did, but the barista on the window was not paying attention and blamed it on me. I asked them to refund the order and charge me again with the discount but supervisor said they can’t do that, (I guess they forgot I’m also a partner) so I had to cancel my whole order and go to another store. There were no cars behind me, so why can’t they do it right for the only customer they get every 30 minutes?...

Even though some of the staff is quite friendly and lovely to to talk early mornings. Their service has left so much to wish for. They never have basic stuff like carrying trays, for when you're trying to bring back lots of beverages for your coworkers. They also don't have stoppers, nor drink sleeves, or like they now referred to as a "straw shortage". Well regardless of all the times I've had a bad experience at this location, I've given them another opportunity over and over. Not anymore. Morning coffee is meant to be a good experience, it is meant to be enjoyed and often times I've found myself driving back to work upset about going to this location. This is was my favorite place. Although drive thru lines are long….. they are pretty fast. My fist incident was when i order Honey oat Latte, they where making my drink I notice them using regular milk. But at the moment i didn’t think anything until i got sick (am lactose intolerant). So i gave them a second chance……….today i got a rotten sprout bagel!! Didn’t notice until my second bite!!!! Nasty!!! I was very upset couldn’t take it back ( on my way to LA)😡 called and they where very nice about it but regardless. Now am hungry, angry and throwing away food (expensive food, Starbuck is not cheap) Im not giving it a third chance!!!! But i will get my refund...
