Haven't purchased anything yet but they have been great on the phone and in person. They know I'm a customer that needs guidance and will be taking some of their time before getting what I need which may or may not happen in the next week or so. They treat me like I treat anybody who walks into my shop. Complete attention and information to help the customer make the best decisions for them which may or may not include a sale at their shop.
