I recently visited Nina's for a highlight and keratin treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, during the highlight service in two small sections of my hair resulted in both sections being burnt and cut excessively short. Furthermore, the keratin treatment I received left my hair still frizzy. I was promised the treatment helps my hair health but turned out very damaged and dry.
