The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my whole entire life. I would never come back to this place ever again. I never leave bad reviews that are so negative, but I felt that because of the disrespect that I received from the bartender Dave I needed to make it known.

I was yelled at for no reason when I was just trying to order a drink for my wife. I’ve never been treated So poorly ever. This bartender Dave made it a point to try to embarrass me in front of his friends. He was yelling and being belligerent and putting me down while I simply just wanted to order a drink. I understand the bar is loud and there are people around. There are other ways to handle situations like this. I will not be coming back to this...

This bar is a sausage fest and all the boys are here to play pool. I was one of maybe five women in the room on a busy night. The lighting was too bright. There was zero ambience to speak of and a really weird unisex bathroom in the middle of the place opening right into the bar. There was zero going on in this bar that had anything to do with it's name. It's a pool bar. That's it. The plus is that drinks were really cheap but the bartender wasn't even nice. This place kind of sucks, and I won't come back, but I don't play pool, so this review is only fair if you are like me and don't particularly like pool hall type bars. Especially with names that promote false advertising. No one goes to the library to play...
