Bad work attitude on the part of the clerk at the "Tu municipio verde" Office. Her cell phone was more important than helping the customer. Her excuse when asked to update an email address was: can't be done here. Has to be done online. But, when she handed the invoice, which by the way looks like she printed the screen in front of her, you could read the key button to edit the customer's profile. And, the online website doesn't provide a link to update your personal info. It was evident she didn't want to be working there, didn't want to help others. She was just there to pretend to work while collecting government money doing the less possible & counting the hours to finish the day. What a waste of public funds. Hiring an incompetent employee while other capable and willing people can't work. ...

For a tourist town I was surprised shops were closed on a Monday afternoon. Hoping to buy some food and souvenirs but that was not the case.
