I purchase a blemished tool. Has a 3 year warranty. I didn't use the tool until 3 months after purchase. The tool (grinder P421) shuts off after a short time of use. I have made 7 attempts to resolve this warranty issue. 2 calls to the store where it was purchased. 2 calls to customer service. 1 email to customer service. 2 trips to Home Depot. Home Depot says all the switches in the tool are not covered by the warranty. There in nothing in the warranty statement that says the switches are not covered by the warranty. Very bad experience for the consumer. I paid $19.99 for the tool and they want me to pay $30.00 to check it for warranty. How is this fair to the consumer? I have responded to your request...

I mean where else could you get a Ryobi One 18 volt jigsaw, a 20 piece Ryobi jigsaw blade set, and a 25-foot Ryobi tape measure for $56.89!! And they all have warranties!! If you're looking to get some great tools for wonderful prices go check out Direct Outlet in Williamston...
