Unmatched Excellence in Collision Repair – Prestige Collision Services Sets the Standard
As someone who manages a fleet of 375 vehicles, I’ve worked with more than 20 body shops over the past three years. Due to fleet management requirements, I often have to take vehicles wherever they dictate—but when my daughter's car was recently damaged in a collision with several deer, we had the freedom to choose. Without hesitation, we went with Prestige Collision Services in Pendleton—and it turned out to be the best decision possible.
Prestige Collision Services truly lives up to its name. From the moment you walk in, you're met with exceptional customer service. Kayce provides a warm, welcoming greeting, setting the tone for a seamless experience. Then there’s Jason—an estimator whose expertise is second to none. His keen eye for detail is remarkable—he didn’t just assess the obvious damage but went the extra mile, raising the hood to reveal hidden issues we wouldn’t have noticed. His reputation is so solid that even local insurance adjusters trust his assessments without question—and for good reason.
But what really sets Prestige Collision Services apart is their commitment to precision and quality. Unlike many body shops, they handle all recalibrations in-house, ensuring that essential systems—lane assist, braking sensors, and cruise control—are restored to factory standards. Their shop walls are lined with certifications from top industry training programs, proving their dedication to ongoing education and expertise across all makes and models.
At the heart of it all is Shane Isabell, a true master of his craft. He’s not just an owner—he’s hands-on, working alongside his team, mentoring them, and setting a standard of excellence. Beyond his technical expertise, Shane is known for his integrity and kindness—qualities that are becoming increasingly rare in this industry.
If you ever need collision repair done right, I highly recommend Prestige Collision Services. Even if it means driving a little further than your insurance company’s preferred shop, choose the experts. My daughter’s car now looks and drives like new, and I have complete confidence in the quality and safety...
Read moreI had a mishap driving my car over a pothole I didn't see, which in turn caused my back bumper to grab the road and pull it off the clips. I tried myself to reposition it with absolutely no luck. In turn, I decided it probably best to actually contact a professional before I messed something up more. I contacted Prestige, and they told me to bring the car there for an estimate. When I got there I was pleasantly greeted by Shane. Shane and I walked out to the car for him to look and see what they could do for me. Now bare in mind, I knew I was going to have to pay to have it fixed, seeing as this is a business, and time isn't free. After looking at it for a few minutes, Shane tells me to bring it back the same time the next day for them to fix it. My response, "What kind of price will I be looking at?" Shane's response, "As long as it's what I think it is......free of charge." He could have easily charged me whatever, but he said free of charge. Now that's what I call honesty! So the next day I call, and talk to Marc letting them know that because of my work schedule I'll have to drop it off early. I obviously told them to take their time, and that I was in no rush. When they called me back to let me know my car was finished.....again they said, "Free of charge." In this world we live in honesty has apparently seemed to fall through the cracks in many people. Not with these guys! Like I said, they could have charged me whatever, but did the work for free! I'm truly impressed by the amount of honesty, and hard work these guys clearly possess. You better believe I'll be sending anyone I know their way, as well as myself if I have problems in the future. This will definitely be my destination! Thank...
Read moreMy wife and I had a frustrating experience with Prestige Collision service.Their website states " we take pride in returning your car in to its original prestige", but that was not our experience. After bringing our vehicle in for corrosion repairs, we got it back with nubs and orange peel all over the the hood and door. you could tell it was a rush paint job. No wet sanding or wheeling it out to blend with the rest of the vehicle. A passengers door that would no longer close correctly unless you slammed it. The new door did not even come close to matching the body lines. These are issues we did not have before bringing it to them. When I raised my concerns, I was made to feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. One would think they would inspect their work to ensure a better end result and a satisfied, returning customer. So they wet sanded some areas on the hood to make that more acceptable. They never addressed the paint flaws on the door and never took the time to even address my door not closing properly. They stated, they only paint, they don't hang parts. Funny, you replaced the door skin and reinstalled new seals and all other moving parts in the door. In short, I fixed my door at home to close like it should , having all the body lines match up like like they should like it did before they worked on it. Nothing worse than having someone have to work on your vehicle due to the manufacture paint recall and get it back worse than what is was before you dropped it off. My expectations from Prestige were higher due to seeing 4.9 stars on Google reviews. For all the above mentioned and NOT mentioned I would not recommend them based on...
