I'm not a fan of posting negative reviews, especially for a small business, but, I am severely disappointed. We purchased a new couch and recliner, and, it was quite expensive, but, the quality seemed good, and, we wanted to support a small and local business. However, when placing it on order, they told us it would be 3-4 weeks, it arrived about 10 weeks later. Again, some things people can't control, and I understand that, however, I feel like good customer service could have let us know, or kept us updated. Every time I called I got the same generic response of "they said it's in, we are just waiting for them to ship it to us, it should be another week." Cut to, a month after receiving said furniture, the motor in the chair breaks, apparently the wires were loose from the motor itself. They sent out a technician to look it over, and he said a new motor would need to be ordered, and that it would take about "two weeks"....that was four weeks ago. Today I called back to ask what the status was, and, I got the same response, it should be a few more weeks. So, a couple thousand spent on furniture, that breaks within a month, that we get to spend two months waiting to be repaired. So, sadly, I would not recommend this business. The quality and the service are just not there.

Read moreWe were looking for dining room chairs , we stopped by Miller brothers and had spoken with a sales representative. They did not have what we were looking for available but had found some in their warehouse. We agreed to go to the warehouse to pick them up since it was down the road and did not want to wait weeks for delivery. Once we got to the warehouse we met with another employee that then took us to another warehouse to pick them up. We then noticed that the chairs we wanted and paid for were not the ones we were picking up. The sales rep had wrote down the wrong sku on the paper work. We then had to drive back to falls creek and explain to them what happened and that we weee going to be given the wrong chairs. The rep admitted he did not pay attention to what he wrote down and then asked what would you like to do? I said we want the chairs we agreed on for the price that we had already paid. After going back and forth and being told they will now be delivered the manager speaks up and says oh now we want a delivery as if it was going to inconvenience her!!! NO WE DONT WANT DELIVERY WE JUST WANT THE CHAIRS THAT WE PAID FOR THAT YOU SAID WERE IN THE WAREHOUSE.. We literally spent 3 solid hours with a situation that could have easily been prevented. Read moreWent to the location in Falls Creek to purchase an office chair during their 60% off July 4th sale that they were advertising in the mail and in the newspaper and online. Come to find out there's some fine print stipulating that this does not include MSRP priced items, which included the vast majority of business products they offer from the cataloge. I was not correctly informed of this fine print over the phone and drove 35 miles on the 4th to find it out.
We bought couches from them in the 70s and swore we'd be back as things used to be a pleasant experience. We where informed of everything before purchase.
To ice this cake, they offered $100 off on the item I wanted that was full price without the sale, that's fine and all but state taxes would have had me paying the same bottom line minus a few dollars and cents. What a scam!
Do not seek out Miller Bros. if you require business grade products. Sales do not apply and neither do their morals. Entirely non-negotiable the whole lot and a huge time waster.
