North Crate & Co — Local services in Sandy Township

We happened to be in Savannah GA during an art fair. While walking around we were taken back by North Crate & Co craftsmanship of their products. We had been on the hunt for the perfect kitchen table for years. It seems anymore tables are not made well, are not made with real wood, and just don’t last like they should for what you pay. Looking at the tables at this art fair, we were instantly attracted to one table in particular. Meeting Josh, the owner of the company, we soon learned about his art, his craftsmanship and his passion. We were SOLD. Now the question became how were we going to get this new table all the way to Illinois? Josh explained the delivery process, and assured us we would love our new table after it was custom built just the way we wanted it. Even though North Crate & Co had never delivered to Illinois before, we would be their first. Upon receiving our schedule, Josh reminded us that North Crate & Co would call us to arrange delivery about a week before the actual delivery date. Our table was delivered earlier than Josh promised and the delivery was so spot on professional. Each piece of the table was hand wrapped/protected. The delivery driver carried each piece inside and assembled the table for us. He showed us the mechanics of the table and explained the proper care to maintain its beauty for a lifetime. We were beyond impressed with this whole experience. I would highly recommend North Crate & Co to anyone wanting a piece to pass down to generations to come. The friendliness, professionalism, and craftsmanship is second to none. Our only problem, is now we are wanting a new bedroom outfit 😉 5 STARS-THANK YOU...

We are thrilled with North Crate. We ordered the Finn Trestle dining room table (adjustable with leaves that store inside) with 4 chairs and an adjustable bench (also with leaves that store inside) in Cherry wood with the Finn finish and white glaze. We met Josh when we ordered our table and had specific changes we wanted to make to the finish. Ordering a custom table with our specific changes made us a little nervous that it would turn out the way we wanted. It turned out FABULOUS and exactly as we had conveyed to him. It's absolutely gorgeous! We are so happy with our purchase from beginning to end. Kim in the office is super helpful, accommodating and friendly! Perfect person to communicate with customers. Alan did our delivery and set up and was also fun (Bills vs. Steelers), friendly, courteous of our home and set everything up beautifully! What an absolute incredible buying experience. We’ve been looking for a new dining room table when we stumbled upon NC&C at a craft festival at The Villages, FL.

Josh was very knowledgeable and friendly … no pressure sales. We purchased the Hudson Trestle table in Cherry/White glaze with six Mission matching chairs. The craftsmanship is fabulous and the features of the expandability for larger parties is great.

Great communication and early delivery. Allen was awesome bringing everything in carefully and setting up our new table. He went over all the operations of the self storing leafs and proper care.
