Horrible quality and customer service. I purchased two crossbody bags at the end of August and by the beginning of November the black one I had used (Alice bag) was already peeling. I don’t put my bags on the floor and don’t even use them daily. The faux leather is peeling in two places on the TOP corners of bag. I emailed their customer service and received the reply that I was out of the “warranty period” but I could buy another bag if I wanted to. What the actual crap is that? They didn’t offer to do anything or even apologize for the crappy bag.
Honestly, save your money, you could get the same quality bag on Temu or Shein for a fraction of the cost. Or, get a much better quality bag from a better store. The logo pin on the bag is the most expensive thing...
