UPDATE

It's been 6 months with my mattress and I hate it.

Right away the mattress felt completely different than the one I fell in love with at the store. That one was soft and plush while also being firm. The one delivered is just hard.

I did communicate with Noah immediately about my feelings and concerns and he informed me that it typically takes a few weeks to break a mattress in and soon it would become softer, like the one in the store.

I inquired about a possible return or exchange which is when I was told that it would be possible, but with a $300 (maybe $400 I can't remember) restocking fee.

After spending $1,400 I didn't want to spend another $300+ when he assured the mattress would soften. So, I decided to keep it and wait for it to get better.

It hasn't. I feel like I should have just gone through Amazon or a big retailer at this point, to get a free return.

My review of Noah and the process is still 5 star but unfortunately I just ended up with a dud bed and I'm out a bunch of money.

Super happy with my experience buying a mattress from Noah. I went to the store and literally laid on all of them, trying to find my perfect match. I even went back a second time to pick between the two I had narrowed it down to. I didn't feel pressured to make a choice quickly. He explained the different options in detail and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things. Noah was knowledgeable, honest and generous. I went in to check out what mattresses they had. I’m a very thrifty person and was getting most of my furniture/decorations from charity shops. My couch cost $10, my chairs $7, etc. He pointed us in the direction of another local one that was a game-changer (Teen Super Thrift). I looked around during the week at IKEA, Ollie’s, ReStore, other charity shops, etc. Nothing rivaled his prices for a new mattress of their quality (that I could also try and make sure it was comfortable). It was the one big expense for my house and it was still almost half the cost of Conn’s going out of sale mattresses at 40% off. You can’t beat the price. He didn’t try to upsell me. He was honest with what I wouldn’t need. He has a deal for free delivery if you give him a review (not just good ones). He even gave me extra wooden slats he had at the shop for free because he saw that I got swindled from a FB Marketplace deal with my bed frame. Super nice guy. Knows his stuff. Superior service! First of all, googled SAME DAY DELIVERY and Noah’s Mattress Express popped up. I called and Noah answered and promised that the mattress could be delivered today. I asked him a few other questions, very knowledgeable and answered my questions in a straightforward manner and completely. I drove to the showroom, he obviously listened when on the phone because he showed me the choices pertaining to my needs. Within, I think about 20 minutes, made my decision, purchased what I needed and LOVED, The Biscayne…made in FL 🌴 🇺🇸 🌴 and he promised to deliver to my home between 2:30 and 3:30 PM, and it actually happened! I couldn’t believe it, he set everything up, using my frame, he adjusted it and had it set up and was all finished by 3:15 PM! This was a perfect transaction and customer service, 2nd to NONE!
