La Parada de Tacos LLC — Restaurant in Sanford

Took an hour to make a simple taco, are you kidding me?! I feel bad for the families with small children that had to stand in the sun that long. Clearly they need to rethink how they cook their food, because one person cooking one item at a time isn't working. I have no shame in saying they probably lost 10 customers because of our wait. Every time someone came up to join the SMALL group of people already waiting for food we would tell them how long we were waiting. "Seriously, for a taco?" the newcomers would say and go to a different truck. How long could it take to make 3 orders? I fully expect the event coordinator won't be inviting them...

Best. Birria. Tacos. EVER!! I could only manage one photo because my family ate it all up before I even got a chance to eat. My husband and I were craving birria and were sad to find out our usual restaurant is closed. I found this food truck on here and it’s even BETTER than the ones we had at our original spot! They were so nice and you can tell the salsas, pico, birria, EVERYTHING is made from scratch! So happy to find this place and I can’t wait to recommend it to more people around. Only wish they were...

Just left there not too long ago from the battle of the food trucks in longwood. I just got some mexican tacos from them and they were super friendly and the tacos were so tasty! They were close to closing but after i finished the tacos i regretted not getting about 6 more lol. Will definitely be going back! I didnt even look at the name so i just spent the last hour trying to find them to leave...
