Moved in February and currently still staying here, and i wish i explored more of my options before moving to these apartments. To start off, when first moving in my fridge was all moldy, I had to clean it myself !! 2nd issue was the lady that moved me in, she was absolutely not very helpful with anything, she never gave me heads up on the property or what the gate code was I had to personally ask her, which is crazy! I had paid for an app fee which was stated on my move in email, when moving in I asked the woman Diana who helped me move in about the app, she then stated, that the property didn’t have a app. A month later I end up finding out by another resident !!! we have a app called the loft app that I paid for but never once got told about it or can’t even access it, Ive tried calling about the app and getting access to it but every time I call they state I’m doing something wrong on my end but it’s an error on their end, and I’ve told them multiple times what the error is saying. Maintenance men do what they can of course, but for a vacant apartment to be sitting with hella shit and trash out in-front for week now is absurd, mind you that vacant apartment has been their for months with trash sitting in it!! big roaches walking - flying around the building like they own the place, trash all over the buildings floors. not once does maintenance ever go walk the hallways and clean at least do some of their job. Whenever you call front desk they will let your phone ring and ring and won’t even answer till you keep calling, like damn just lazy and especially that Diana women, she needs to get re taught, my move in experience was horrible the worst wouldn’t recommend her to anyone.. Sydney is the nicest most sweetest person ever but when asking about the app over she can never help me with logging in which is crazy because she is the property manger from what I was told. it’s always I’m not doing something right when I’ve told her over and over it’s an error on yall end!! Other then all this, property is All right not to much violence, always quite, they just need to step up on their cleaning and customer services!!

The office management is horrible❗️The post on their outside wall says they open at 10Am. The lady who opened the door was like “No, the system is messed up, it’s 10:30, and she shut the door in my face”. She’s the African American manager in the office with the red hair. So my mom, niece and I waited. At 10:05am we knocked on the door, and it literally took her 5 minutes to open the door, with only 1 lady in there, and she was sitting down. My niece was looking for a 2 bedroom (thankfully she was approved somewhere else). Upon entering they had us sit down, and go in the order of who got their first. When they got to my niece, she told the assistant manager, I’m assuming, (the younger African American lady who works there) that she saw online there was a 2 bedroom available, and wanted to inquire about it. She responds by laughing and saying “no.., we don’t have any 2 bedrooms available for at least 6 Months from now”. Our issue was why does the website say “available now”, and they have a “now leasing sign” upfront (⁉️). After that, there was nothing else to be said and we left. To me, the management needs more organization and definitely a class on customer service skills. They were very unprofessional to us, and we didn’t appreciate that at all. The apartments might be nice on the outside, but the management is disorganized, and you can schedule a tour, and they will tell you when you get there “there are no units available to tour”. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LEASING HERE‼️

WORST APARTMENTS EVER‼️ they have a bad roach problem it was roaches all in the refrigerator, stairs and breeze ways are always filthy, kids take the trash to the trash cans and trash falls out, one day i woke up and someone threw up at the bottom of the stairs so to prevent from stepping into it you have to walk around to the other stairs. The office NEVER answers the phone never open at the time the sign says they are open, vandalism all on the trash can and park, cars get vandalized, water meter high, gates ALWAYS broken, dogs NEVER on the leash & the water coming from the shower feels like you bathing in baby oil it’s so slippery on the skin eww just poor poor poor apartment complex wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person!

RUN — Save Yourself the Headache!

If you’re thinking about moving here just because the apartments look nice, let me be your reality check: this place is an unorganized, mismanaged circus with a smile on top. Sure, they’ve mastered the art of greeting you pleasantly—but that’s about all they’ve mastered.

It has taken over a month for my application to process, and every time I follow up, it’s something new—some form not completed, some document suddenly missing. I made the mistake of filling out the “how was your visit” survey early on. Don’t be like me. Wait until your entire experience is over, because their friendly act doesn’t last.

Let’s talk about the so-called staff: Cindy, the manager, has no clue how the process works. Absolutely none. And that’s probably why Lisa at the front desk is just as confused. You’ll be told to come in and fill out paperwork—only to discover no one knows how to help you fill it out correctly or what documents you even need. It’s embarrassing how little they know about their own process.

Here’s a scene straight from the chaos: On one of my many unnecessary visits, there was a guy trying to move in—and they decided to start redoing his flooring while he stood there with his belongings after 5 PM. I’m not kidding. Welcome home, right?

And don’t get me started on their laughable background check system. It’s so basic that anyone with a common name could get flagged for someone else’s record in another state. Instead of verifying upfront using the documents they already have—ID, Social—they wait till the end of the process to play denial games. It’s lazy, it’s careless, and it’s completely avoidable.

They pretend to be helpful. But when you rightfully get frustrated, they flip the script and play the victim. Accountability? Nonexistent. Cindy even struggled to read an email address off a piece of paper. I wish I were joking.

It’s clear now why they’re running move-in specials. They should be giving people hazard pay for dealing with this mess.

These apartments are garbage and I am so happy I don’t live here anymore. The office staff is useless, rude and unprofessional. Getting in is easy for a reason, renewing your lease is pointless when they don’t turn in paperwork on time so it times out. Was finally sent a lease which I signed only to later receive an email that they threw it out because it was 6 months which they put in but they “don’t do 6 month leases”. I never once requested a 6 month lease, I requested a lease multiple times and they dropped the ball. The gate access fob good luck getting a battery when it dies but don’t worry the gates are always broken anyways. The package room isn’t 24 hours because it won’t read your fob so grab that during their unpredictable business hours. The dumpsters are always overflowing and they leave it to one older gentleman to pick it all up. They have roaches that they can’t get under control due to negligence. These apartments look beautiful but you will see very quickly they were poorly built.You’ll get the pleasure of hearing gunshots every night, people fighting and kids screaming all the time. I complained about my neighbors nothing was done. I found a new apartment and turned my keys in and let Ryan personally know they should get it together only for him to let me know he’ll charge me for the next 60 days, do what you gotta do Ryan you will not see any of it. I would suggest you look for ANYWHERE else but here. Ryan is still calling me as if I still live here and he is the one that took my keys. They have a lot of vacant units for a reason.
