Most if the staff members are very knowledgeable and so nice. There were a couple of employees that never seemed to be having a good day but the ones that were made up for it. We had an amazing time and the hike and stay at Parsons Landing was incredible, beautiful, and a must!!

Most if the staff members are very knowledgeable and so nice. There were a couple of employees that never seemed to be having a good day but the ones that were made up for it. We had an amazing time and the hike and stay at Parsons Landing was incredible, beautiful, and a must!!

Horrible, unprofessional staff. No one was on the same page- it took about 20 minutes to rent or to pay afterwards. They assumed I had already paid when I returned my gear and if I didn't state I hadn't they would've left me to go free of charge... there is NO organization there.

They don't check inventory once you return kayak, so the other reviews of being falsely charge makes sense. They have no idea whats going on at all times, as I would see some of the workers on their shift taking a yoga break ?

It stinks because there is no other source of rentals in two harbors. Hopefully they can figure...

No stars, we turned in our kayak, lady said we were good to go. A month later an 900 charge shows up on our credit card. They won't return our calls, we will soon be in court. They are thieves!!

UPDATE: AFTER MONTHS OF ARGUING AND Complaining to company and whoever in the town government, tourist, etc. capacity. The issue was resolved and our credit card refunded. What a waste of everyone’s time...

These guys are the most courteous and helpful dive shop I have seen in a long time time. Especially Brian. Needed some help with some small broken parts on my equipment and were able to find some parts needed to save my dive plans and excellent about tank rental. Besides all the great dive spots in close vicinity this shop is another reason to choose the Isthmus for your...
