Cypress Breeze Plantation — Local services in Santa Rosa Beach

This is a terrible place to stay. Full time residents are not welcoming of short term rentals. The Board ADVISES residents to call the sheriff on renters (noise, parking, and underage golf cart drivers). The HOA Board is a joke and there is no enforcement of any rules. RENTERS CANNOT USE THE POOL UNACCOMPANIED BY THE OWNER!! The pool is an accident waiting to happen. There are many safety issues at the pool. Trash cans line the streets. Towels hang from balconies. Rusted furniture on porches. Save your money, and check into the Red Roof Inn, or a nice rental community. With the glut of rentals on 30A, this place lowers the prices so that they are bottom feeding. Renters steal bikes from 30A. You have $1.5-2.5M homes and residents who are the best in the community dealing with the worst renters in the area. Pure Mayhem! Looks trashy! Not safe! Beverly...

We just love Cypress Breeze, it is such a beautiful neighborhood and really has the most incredible pool we've seen on 30A! There are 3 huge pools with waterfalls and our family always has a great time! Plus the pool is never packed and is so easy to get to! Very nice area. The community is gated and easy to navigate. Very close to the beach and some good places to eat. The best part is the pool area. They have 3 separate out door pools with waterfalls.
