I've been a customer of Phyllis and Randy at Rock Creek for well over 30 years, even when they were located next to Mr. Indian's Cowboy Store in Sapulpa. Phyllis and Randy were always personable and treated me well. Not the case today. When I went to pay for two bottles of supplements costing over $100.00 with tax added, I checked the expiration date on one of the containers. Today, is October 19, 2023, and the expiration date was stamped 11/23. I pointed it out to the fellow at the register, and he said it would still be good. I said that I wouldn't be half way through that particular item before it was out of date, and I didn't think nearly $50.00 for an out-of-date product was a good deal. He said you don't have to buy it. I agreed, and walked to the cooler to return the probiotic. I looked at the product again and decided to go ahead and buy it along with another supplement, since I was in some pain due to an ongoing infection of a pulled tooth and didn't feel like driving to Tulsa. I went back to the register to pay. I attempted to point out that the various probiotics in the supplement were of a high quality as there was a alphanumeric listing for each of the prebiotic ingredients listed on the label. I'd read that top-quality probiotics had that alphanumeric designation after each probiotic in the supplement. I told him that I was only trying to point out that the product was of good quality, even if it was pushing the expiration date. The fellow told me to quit complaining, he was tired of hearing me gripe. I've been dealing with an infection due to having my right lower back molar pulled last month. I haven't had a solid meal in nearly a month, and I haven't slept well due to the pain and swelling which has altered my ability to breathe easily. I've been going here since 1993 when it all began. Phyllis is an incredible lady who has helped a lot of people. When I first saw her, I was dying with multiple health issues. Her recommendations were right on target with what doctors had already told me. She knew nothing about me when she first read my eyes, but she was able to diagnose me better than all the specialist that I had been to. I had been given no hope. Phyllis and an herbal approach was my last alternative.

Within a week of her recommendations my life began changing drastically and the disease that was killing me is no longer relevant in my life. Phyllis is the best iridologist I have ever met and people come to her from all over the United States because of her reputation.

She will not try to sell you anything that you don't want to buy. She simply makes recommendations and I would advise you to listen to her. She knows her stuff. She has a good selection of quality products and her prices are reasonable. She will read your eyes free of charge, but be prepared to stand in line. She's a very popular lady.

Have been to the store to purchase supplements and, of course, to have Phyllis use her gift to read my irises. As others have stated, she does this without charging. My partner and I went together the first time. Phyllis's readings are very detailed and, I must say, incredibly accurate. For the skeptics out there, I will say that she has no way of knowing anything about those who she reads. She does not do readings by appointment, it is first come first served. She was able to see that my partner suffers from diabetes, however, he is not overweight, elderly, nor does he exhibit any other observeable indicators which would suggest as such. She also correctly noted that I suffer from very severe allergies, though I was not suffering from them during my visit. Additionally, she correctly noted that I am under constant elevated stress and have been for a prolonged period of time. (I am an attorney).

As to the products carried and sold in the store, there are many which I have never seen sold elsewhere on the shelf. I have researched and found that they are very high quality and among the best available. Prices for such products are never "cheap" due to the cost of production but are not expensive relative to similar retailers and I was surprised to find, in some instances, that the products were less expensive than expected.
