Usually a good experience with this store, until today!
Walked in to a busy lobby, there was a woman working one part of the counter, another male working another part of the counter, and a short blonde headed boy messing with some hats at a part of the counter.
The female asked the blonde headed boy a question and his reply was “Do your Fu€king job, and don’t Bit€h”.
I calmly waited my turn and the other guy working the counter asked me if I needed help. I handed him my item, gave him my phone to scan and tried to bite my tongue.
The guy helping me asked if there was anything else he could do, I said no, and said that the blonde headed boy needs to watch how he talks to a woman, and in public (the lobby was busy with other women present).
The blonde headed boy bows up his chest and starts to run his mouth, at which time I calmly told him he was about to make another mistake and just needs to listen to my advice.
The blonde headed boy continues to run his mouth and takes an aggressive posture. At which time I informed him if he wants to go that route, they’re handcuffs waiting for him.
Again, I was being calm and just wanted him to realize that he doesn’t get to talk to people the way he was, especially when there are other customers in the lobby and he is wearing a UPS shirt!
The owner of this establishment really needs to put this employee in check as this employee truly doesn’t need to be customer facing, nor needs to talk to his peers the way that he did that poor young lady working harder than he was!
I will find another venue to take care...
Read moreAbout 2 months ago I came here to get stickers printed. I tried to give them time to make it right but haven't heard from anyone. The store manager's son decided to talk down to me about my boss's behavior (she told the store manager that she needed this done & needed it done quickly so that I could get my job done for the day which required the stickers). He stated that if she wanted to talk to people that way then they are just not going to want to do work for her + lots of slamming things, complaining, and derogatory remarks (she literally asked them to do their job). I left the stickers with the company to get the job done so I could get some work done in the meantime. I retuned to the store and the store manager said for her son (who was nowhere to be found) "sorry he has had a bad day & gets that way with his momma." The store owner, Kent, was informed of the situation by my boss (she is a previous store manager of THIS UPS, so her previous boss) he informed my boss that he was completely disappointed in his employees behavior, that the manager's son would be in our store, or would call with an apology for his behavior. I have not heard a word since and they have officially lost 2 customers, one of which was very loyal to this store and kept it...
Read moreI a had a seller ship a product to me using ups and the box had been torn and crushed obviously destroying the merchandise. So I went to return the product to this location and was told the crushed torn box would have to be taped. I explained this is how your company delivered this( i never opened the box just returned as I had recieved. I was charged 2.00 fee for a approximate 10 inch piece of tape and 2.99 for them print the return label.(not to mention cost of fuel to drive all the way way into town 50 miles round trip). Total cost with taxes was 5.46. Although that cost was extremely steep, I could understand if I had just walked in to ship a box that wasn't taped close and needed a label if it was my own doing. Basically UPS was careless and destroyed my merchandise and charged me to bs petty fees that was caused from their own neglect. Totally wrong.
