Wickham Gardens — Local services in Sapulpa

I hated changing my review from 5 to 3 but it’s come to my attention our maintenance man doesn’t care about the safety and wellbeing of the tenants. He doesn’t respond to any emergency requests if it isn’t fire water or blood related. I’m sorry but a smell that should’ve been fixed months ago because he was ignoring 15+ of our requests should’ve been taken priority to health and safety. Recently me, my fiancé and our two cats have been getting sick because of how badly the washer smells and it smells like multiple things crawled in there and died. He is super forgetful all the time as well and chooses to hang out with the kids rather than do his work tasks. He has also broken several things when doing our maintenance requests he popped out a screen saying he’d replace it and never did. Plus I’ve been living here for almost 1 year now and I still am not added...

These apartments are amazing and I am blessed to be able to say that have been a tenant for 3 years now.

The apartment manager, Lisa, is outstanding! I have lived in a few apartments and none of the apartments, or their employees could ever compete with Wickham Gardens or Lisa.

Lisa cares about the tenants and their well-being and also that the apartments are kept up to higher standards.

The property is well maintained and the staff are very friendly. The apartments are very spacious, with one of the largest bathrooms I have ever seen in an apartment.
