Meadows Farmers Market — Local services in Sarasota

The neighborhood security goes around checking cars for stickers and kicking people out of the playground with their small children. We went to check out the market with our toddler just to go to a different market (we live in LWR) and after spending our money in the market we decided to take our 2 year old to the neighborhood playground for a few minutes on the swing. Shortly after arrival a security man approached us and asked if we were residents, we explained we were at the event, but he still insisted that the park for was for RESIDENTS ONLY, lol. Won’t be coming back, the place is old and small and has nothing on the many new trails, parks, and fresh market in Lakewood Ranch. Loved the farmers market . My family and I enjoyed the Greek food. We visit all the vendors and they all had wonderful things . The candles were amazing the vendor makes them herself . My daughter bought earrings from another vendor .
