I do not like ranking this beautiful place a 2. However, I will due to a hot-headed "known" referee with a power trip. I will start my review with this refree and will end on a very positive note.
This was our our very first game here after flying from Missouri for a tournament. The game starts, and the teams are tied up on skill-set. We scored the first point, and then all of a sudden, the other team was off sides, and they scored a point. The coach said something about it to the ref, and the ref yellow carded the coach. The coach asked why, and then the ref carded him agai n and told him to leave the field! Our coach left without a scene.
Then the game resumed, and once again, the other team scored again with them being off sides. So, with the teams' morale, they fighted and we scored our 2nd point. Eventually, the other team scored 2 points. There were so many fouls not called thatnit was a joke.
Now, you might think we are saying this since we lost the game. No, this is not the case. We had to have 2 people fill in from this club, and we were told by people from this club about this ref having a power trip.
We had contacted the club during the game, and they sent over someone to watch the ref. During the game, the ref started making better calls. Was it due to us calling in? Honestly, we do not know. Had the proper calls been made, the score would have been 2 to 2.
Our last 2 games with other teams were wins, and we shut out the other 2 teams. We did not see the one referee ref anymore of our games as the lead ref. In our last game, that ref was working the side lines.
Overall, the complex is beautiful, and the staff is great. We would highly recommend this complex as long as you don't have to deal with this refree. Maybe this man will improve his attitude after this post, who knows. I wish this place and all of the teams that visit a pleasant a good...

Read moreIn my opinion, they have the best fields and facilities in the state! The grass is like artificial turf in the way that its cut perfectly, not a blade of grass out of place, not a single dip or uneven angles on the pitch, and no dead or brown spots from under watering. Its extremely well taken care of, and the area surrounding the park is safe with lots of options for eating, relaxing, malls, and its near the best beaches in Florida. Hands down the best! If you have a tournament be sure to check the field layout. This place is Massive!!
Sometimes this facility hosts up to 350 soccer teams in a weekend tournament. It makes for great competition, but leave early to the fields. All the traffic from that many games can take time to get into the park. I gotta go, all this talk has got me looking for the next tournament I can enter at this place. You won't be...
