Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I have gone numerous times to this location, and as a fan of Taco Bell, they greatly disappoint me. It’s been the same issues ever since they opened, leaving out key ingredients, making the items too small, and lack of customer service. I went last night (~9:30) and I’ve gone before at night where they tell me that they are done serving specific options. Such as anything with beef or chicken. They close up shop hours prior and have been getting away with it for months. I ordered 3 shredded chicken burritos that came out to 7.36 after tax, and each of them were just were missing ingredients. In addition they each measured to an inch in width and height, which is incredibly small. They each were “baby sized” and it isn’t the first time, Chipotle down the road with their $6.95 bowl is the much better option. These people are rude and treat this...

This doesn’t even deserve a one star review. There’s no one at the register when entering the store so orders were being placed at the kiosk. I was able to see an employee smoking in the back (tall bigger guy dark skinned) also was making food without gloves. The food was thrown into a bag even though I clearly put dine in order. Cheese stuck to the wrapper of the burrito i orders and some sauce not even on my burrito dripping off the bag. Does the Owner not supervise his employees or is smoking a normal thing to do in a kitchen now. Will not be coming here again until this...

COME ON! If you all sit back in the kitchen PLEASE go to the restaurant part and CLEAN these floors and chairs are grimy as hell . Degusting to the point I didn't want to eat there. If you have nothing else to do while on your shift, CLEAN! This place is degusting and I can't imagine with the restaurant part is dirty what the kitchen looks like.
