First off, id like to say Trudy is amazing and super helpful. She’s very kind and sweet. However, Johnathan their district manager is very unprofessional. I had rented a couple storage units here for almost two years and he decided to raise my rent for no apparent reason after the first year. I did not violate any lease terms. I talked to the people next to me who had the same units as I did, and they did not get a rate increase. It was only me. Also, they have a mice problem as both my storage units were full of mice. I kept both my units cleaned and organized but there were still mice that I found every single day. There were even mice droppings on my belongings inside the storage unit. I was not the only one with this problem. Lastly, I received a note on my storage units from Johnathan, stating I had to be out of both my storage units within 30 days, as “the owner wanted to retain these units”. No other reason. So I’d suggest if you want to get a storage unit, look elsewhere as they will raise your rent here and your belongings will be...

I was stuck in a horrible situation with my movers who were moving my household items out of state. Realized that the movers picked up my stuff from my home and left it in this storage unit and that’s how I had to get in touch with Trudy.

I cannot say how amazing and helpful she has been all through the process understanding my situation. Earlier she had multiple efforts trying to contact the driver who dropped off my stuff there before it was put out for auction. Trudy co-ordinated communication between me and the driver by being nice to him and getting the actual work done to get me out of trouble.

She has also escalated the issue to Jonathan who is the regional manager and handled all the things she can while he was away.

I have now moved out because they again raised my rent to 192. And I found a place where I got a unit twice the since for only 110 first 2 month only 50 much better deal.

I have been here now 4 years they where amazing to work with until I asked them why my rates keep going up. Started at 80 and now that I'm at 156 they're going up more when they're advertising my same size unit for $130. I asked them can I go down to that price? They told me absolutely no. That's just how the market works. So I'd say yes. Go ahead and rent from me if you don't mind to rent continually going up and there's no reasonable way they will reason with you whatsoever even if you're in a fixed income like I am with traumatic brain injury due to two brain surgeries and dying twice...
