Walgreens — Local services in Saugus

Tonight an Employee from the Saugus Walgreens followed me out of the store to fight because I said her tone was out of control. (11/26/22) (6:10pm-6:20pm) Check the cameras to see what bad customer service looks like and possible Harassment. I will be going to talk to the Saugus police department Monday morning to press charges if possible, I will be bring the report to the store management and send a copy to the corporate office so don’t be deleting the security footage to protect a mentally unstable employee. Otherwise she is going to snap and actually hurt someone, it is dangerous to keep an employee like that. I know it’s hard to find good staff but this crazy lady with anger issues isn’t the answer. I get the same prescription every month but last two times not in stock. It does nt take a rocket scientist to know I,m going tobe back every month. Why should I need to call 2 days in advance every month? They say it's not a big seller so they don't stock it. Really? Insulin pens are rare? I am not going to play this game. I witnessed Alexa from the pharmacy yelling at a customer and being extremely disrespectful. The way she spoke was loud, rude, and completely uncalled for. It created an uncomfortable and hostile environment for everyone standing there. Her attitude was unprofessional, lacking patience, and showed no respect for customers who are simply there to get the help they need.
