This was my first visit to this venue and this is a neutral review of my experience. I love Motorsports of all types and have experienced tons of different types of racetracks around the country. A snowmobile race of this magnitude is a first for me. Lots of snow, beer, and people tipping over, but did not see anyone getting unruly. If you are disabled (mobility impaired) this is probably not the place to come to. No disabled parking that I could find or be directed to, viewing area is on an ice covered hillside, and no seating (bring your own). The people that work there can't answer any questions and tell you to ask someone else who tells you to ask someone else. (Appeared to be rather disorganized). The chamber of commerce has a website for the event. They are good about shipping tickets out. However, I emailed them multiple times, over a month, about the venue, since it was my first time going there, and never received a response. My being only 10 years of age and learning how to work on snowmobiles I got to be in the pits for the races and have many fond memories!! It is still exciting to go watch and just remember the days gone by thinking of pur achievements and what advancements and technology has accomplished .. Now to mention the gratitude for the workers and volunteers....
Ā Ā Ā Read more2 drivers and myself are volunteering for the 4th year in a row to plow snow on the track during the race along with the local volunteers. We drive up from Alma, FlatRock and Mt. Morris, so you know that it's a BLAST! Great family fun for all! It is an honor to be able to drive up and help out for the day. Very nice community. Come on up and check out...
