Decent equipment. The absolute worst customer service at any military gym visited worldwide.
Possible improvements:
Attended the gym for the first time on 19 November 2024. Finished workout at 1836. Went to vehicle to retrieve hygene kit. Man locked the door as I was approaching. I stood at the door until he reopened it.
Man: What do you want? We're closed.
Me: I just finished working out, went outside to get my hygene kit, and returned to take a shower.
Man: Were closed.
Me: You're open until 1900, correct?
Him: Yes
Me: So there's 20 minutes left
Man: We close the locker rooms at 1855.
Me: I can shower in 5 minutes.

Read moreGreat Army fitness center. They do a great job of keeping equipment clean and serviceable. They are missing Wi-Fi, which is a disadvantage, but that's about all I can fault them. Right now only military members and guard are allowed due to COVID. Mask is required on entry, but don't have to be worn...
