I've past by this place a while and finally decided to stop by today, it looks like they are in the middle of getting a lot more inventory at the moment so I'll have to come back another time. BUT Kwame (apologies if I have misspelled) was very helpful, ensuring I had gotten what I needed and even offered some alternative suggestions for using the Peanut Powder I purchased. I use it with raw honey and apples as well as in some baking...but he suggested baking fish with this which sounds interesting so I'll likely give it a try. I look forward to him expanding his options and I might buy some ingredients for making fufu next time as that's one of my boyfriend's father's...
