I had a past personal issue with one of the workers. i wasn’t worried as i assumed she would’ve just done her job. i assumed wrong. she was rude and decided to change my address when i told her i haven’t moved and this is my third license since living where i do. she pressed on and also made me retake the picture. she said they couldn’t use my last one at all. they’ve offered to do so in the past. i just needed to replace it, not a whole new thing. also, now the wrong building is on there and regardless of the bad picture i will have to drive another hour on a day off to get another license. i’ve never had an issue until now and it just feels very...

My family has had nothing but problems with this place. My mom brought in her original marriage certificate with the top with a razor edge from being ripped. They accepted it in December. Gave her a license without a star even tho she has the receipt showing she paid for one with the star. She went back. They told her they were charging her for a new one even though it was their problem. She went back with her documents and now the original marriage license they accepted less than 3 months ago on stock paper with the razor edge showing it is the original is considered “fake.” I would give this place zero stars if I could. Incompetent people....

Not very happy right now, I've been there 4 times trying to get the drivers license for getting on planes and everything I take in is not on the list, so they say. I have lived at the same place for 30 years, could not do 911 address on the mail or they would send it back. Most of out Bill's comes in my husband's name so that can't be excepted for me. I think the state is pushing things way too far. I AM. a senior citizen and can do only so much. But according to Durbin they do way too much for us now. I want to see them live off what we have to.
