Needed recovery of information on computer for which I had forgotten password. Computer needed checking for viruses, malware, and other fixes. I called a guy at a Huntsville computer shop whom I trusted and who had worked on my computers in the past. I could not take hardware into the shop and needed someone to come to my home to work on it. The Huntsville shop did not offer on-site repair.
